Jamie has ridden and worked with horses all his life. Growing up in Cornwall hunting and eventing, before moving to the Cotswolds some thirty years ago. He managed the yard for Olympic Rider Emile Faurie for many years before forming a business partnership with Dan Greenwood. In his career Jamie has been responsible for the care of horses competing at Badminton, European and World Championships and Olympic Games.
Ashley has ridden since childhood and started work for Dan in 2012. He is responsible for educating the youngsters at the yard and taking them to their first shows. His talent for producing horses has led to great success and Ashley has won several national titles.
Lady Inchcape has been involved with horses all her life and has competed in showing, show jumping and dressage. As an international Grand Prix rider she enjoyed many successes with several horses all produced by herself. Lady Inchcape takes great pleasure supporting Dan in his career and takes an active interest in all the horses. As a List One Judge she has vast experience and knowledge and is an enormous help as Dan's 'eyes on the ground'.
Max only began riding in 2012 and after learning the various disciplines found that he most enjoyed the schooling and training required for dressage. Max came to Northfield Farm in December 2015 and helps with the breaking and training of the youngsters on the yard, and daily exercising and schooling of Dan's horses. Max competes up to Medium level on his own horse who he produced himself.
Steve started riding as a child on the Isle of Man were he grew up. After completing his studies at Hartpury College he came to Northfield Farm in June 2016. Steve competed at Novice level with his last horse, and now has a four year old who he broke in last year ready to take out. Steve helps with the breaking and training of the youngsters on the yard, along with general exercising and schooling of Dan's horses.
